The Swift County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is dedicated to serving the residents of Swift County. The HRA offers a wide variety of homeowner rehabilitation programs including programs through Minnesota Housing, Small Cities Development program, and the Local Housing Trust Fund. Minnesota Housing
Minnesota Housing offers a variety of loan programs to help make necessary repairs or updates to your home. They will work with local participating lenders who can answer questions about program eligibility and help you learn about the featured programs.
Small Cities Development Program
The Swift County HRA is currently working on Small Cities Development Program funds for multiple cities throughout the county.
